From check in to check out, Irina made our stay for a close friends birthday in Punta Cana excellent. The apartment was exactly as described, lots of room, and met all of our expectations. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, appliances were modern, and had a nice interior design. Irina gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, excursion operators/drivers, and a map of the area. She also responded quickly to any questions. The apartment is located in a popular area and about 30 minutes from the airport. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway in Punta Cana.
Relaxing stay, full equipped apartment and was close to the beach and nice restaurants. We really enjoyed eating breakfast

Irina was very responsive to all questions during the booking process, prior the departure and during the stay. Irina recommended many local restaurants which are within walking distance from the apartment. There are many sport activities right at the beach. The apartment is very clean. We recommended this penthouse to any family. We had a great time! Besides a minor problem with the upstairs bathroom did not have hot water, we really enjoyed every day during the entire trip. Thanks Irina for your assistance!

Liked · Our personal favourites were the filtered water compartment in the fridge (so we always had cold water) and the automatic window shutters.
The place is well stocked with dishes, coffee makers, toaster, dishwasher, and even your own laundry machine. And the wifi was surprisingly strong (important to me because I was working part of the days).
The two pools and beach are both a minute walk away and you use the path within Playa Turquesa (it’s like a gated section for all the apartments, feels like a resort but more relaxed, and still secure). The beach comes with cushioned chairs and we spent most of our afternoons relaxing and reading.
There’s tons of restaurants along the beach for lunch but we enjoyed coming back to the apartment to eat and sitting on the balcony most days (perks of a fridge!). However, I recommend Citrus and Dolce – these restaurants are around the corner and were our favourites for good food!
Disliked · As a heads up, Playa Turquesa is on a part of Punta Cana that is surrounded by resorts so you can hear live music on some of the nights from the apartment but we were usually out for dinner by then so it didn’t matter much. Being so close to the resorts also means there’s tons of boat tours/activities along the beach or you can go to the apartment complex’s reception to book in advance.
